An appearance fee is required for most events to cover the cost of travel, per diem, and related expenses. A flat rate fee of $299 applies to about a 35-mile radius of our Wesley Chapel Office.
A static display highlights the vehicle and it’s capabilities while patrons remain on the outside and look in. It is a great photo opportunity and your branding can be staged around the vehicle to include a photobooth type setup.
The next level of appearance is more for businesses where adults with a general interest or relative business interest want to get inside and learn more about the vehicle and the technology installed which may be applicable to their business or role in an organization.
A demonstration is the most involved appearance and requires more preparation and time after to clean and prepare the vehicle for the next event. A demonstration of the Sherps capabilities generally includes an amphibious demonstration, crawl through mud, maneuvering on dirt (no pavement) and traversing an obstacle. The host is responsible for securing any needed permits or permission needed and be fully responsible for any damage caused by operation of the Sherp ATV. A waiver is required prior to the event.
Due to insurance liability only designated and insure Fleetistics employees are allowed to actually drive the Sherp.
