Make It Your Own With Your Logo

Displaying  your company logo to your internal apps adds a touch of professionalism.  When you want to send a screen shot of the UI to show some critical detail to a customer or vendor, your logo displayed on the screen adds credibility.  For that reason, Fleetistics has made it easy for our clients to add their logo to their MyFleetistics portal.

Easy as 1-2-3

First, log in to MyFleetistics and go to Account > Profile.

Next, click “Select Logo” and browse for your company logo in a jpeg or png format.

Finally, open the file and click “Save” on the lower right. Your logo will now appear at the top left of the screen. Thanks to Woody at the University of Rochester for agreeing to be our example.

Your company logo now shows where the Fleetistics logo was formerly displayed.

Before you go, take a minute to update or verify your profile.

The company profile section of MyFleetistics has areas for you to update your company information, contacts, addresses, and even add branch locations. This improves the accuracy of billing and the efficiency of support.In the future it will enable custom views on dashboards and other data.

Please take a moment to verify this information is current after uploading your logo.  My Fleetistics continues to add features and services, and this information can be connected to pre-fill request forms with the needed contact details to save you time.

Easy Online Ordering

 

Time is money and customers do not want to spend their time placing orders over the phone or playing phone tag. Fleetistics has made the process of browsing the most popular fleet products and services easy and convenient with our Products & Services catalog in the MyFleetistics fleet management portal.

When an order is placed through the portal for fleet products the account manager receives the order for review. Since parts change and it may be confusing, Fleetistics built in a process of checks and balances to reduce the time spent redoing orders or asking questions.

Each product or services can be expanded to view more information (left). Features, documents, videos and web pages may be listed with more information.

 

When you select an item it moves to the cart (right) where you can review before placing your order. Your order is not actually being place so there is no obligation by using the cart. If you change your mind or want to update the list, just contact your account manager.

Geotab Privacy Mode

Geotab has created a privacy mode that will allow drivers and fleet managers to temporarily hide their vehicle tracking in the Geotab application. When privacy mode is used, location, speed, and engine data will not be visible. The driving data will still be collected while in privacy mode, however, it will be stored as private.

The purpose of privacy mode is for companies to temporarily not track drivers that take their vehicles home after working hours. This feature can be set to automatically turn on when work hours are finished (for example 5 pm to 8 am) or when a vehicle enters a specific zone. This is a great feature for companies that will let their employees use company-owned vehicles for personal use. Privacy mode can also be used when operating in sensitive areas to hide vehicle movement.

The privacy mode feature is downloaded through the Marketplace inside of the Geotab application. Once it is downloaded, it can be configured so that privacy mode will turn on automatically or it can be left alone so that drivers can turn it on and off themselves. For a driver to enable privacy mode, they will need to install the Geotab Drive app on their phone or smart device. A member of the admin team will also need to create the driver in the database and set them up with a password so that they can log into the Drive app. If your company is using E-Logs/HOS, you do not want to download the Privacy Mode Add-In as it will affect your duty status logs and you may no longer be in compliance per the FMCSA.
