Modular Fleet Management System
The GO platform is highly modular and expanding. Start with basic GPS tracking using an OBD device and expand to include truck tracking, ELD and Driver ID as needs increase. Expand to tracking trailers and assets all within the same ecosystem. Five years from now you can add an in-cab video system, fleet maintenance tracking app, and a man-down solution.
90% of what most people use daily for a quick check on the fleet is done through the mapping. The GO system provides an enormous amount of information through the map making it quick an easy to determine if a driver had a good day or a bad day. By simply displaying multiple routes on the map at one time you can quickly spot where they intersect which represents inefficient routing.
Reporting is generally in 3 categories. 1. Standard “canned” reports. You get what you are given. 2. Filtered reports. You get to select a few options to narrow down the data scope. 3. Custom reports. Users can change the formulas and data scope to get targeted business intelligence. The GO System offers #2 and #3. Customers can open a report online for easy viewing or download it to Excel. Once in Excel users can change the formulas and use the power of Excel to mold the data into new information. If that isn’t enough, there is an API.
The GO System offers the most advanced and complete telematics on the market today. The accelerometer is as sensitive as the one found in the Wii game controller and samples data 100 times per second on 4 axis. This enables to the GO System to identify harsh driving habits that lead to unsafe conditions and added wear on your fleet.
It is all about scheduled verse unscheduled downtime. Fleet operators know vehicles do not last forever and they need maintenance to be reliable. Knowing when to take a vehicle off the road and being able to plan for it will reduce lost productivity, business/revenue, operating expenses and maintenance. Have you ever had a driver driving with the engine light on and not tell you? Those days are over.
The GO System is arguably the most powerful and versatile GPS tracking and telematics system on the market. It can do and report things no other GPS device can. The OBD unit is the heart of the system. The GO device can be used with OBD, J-1708, J-1939 or a 3-wires harness. The IOX cables enable an interface with other systems and service such as PTO, mosquito sprayers, axle scales and more. It offers a single form factor to meet all your fleet tracking needs.
The GO platform includes many additional services which can be added to specific vehicles with unique needs. This customization means customers only pay for the exact services needed. With ELD mandates in 2017, trucking companies and regional fleet operators are going to need to be able to expand to an ELD solution. With the GO system, that is no problem, add HOS service when ready and be FMSCA compliant with electronic driver logs.
3rd Party Integration
There are over 100 integrations done with the GO Platform. Integration services significantly expand the options for fleet managers and allow a business to change to meet new requirements without having to get a new GPS tracking system. Partners create services for things such as fleet maintenance, in-cab video, fuel monitoring, temperature monitoring, Bluetooth beacons and more.
When a customer needs more than the GO System provides in the standard fleet management system, the open API and SDK can be used to move actionable data to the next level. Most IT developers can utilize the industry standard API to bring data into the customers database for use in more customer reports and application integration.
